Tripping.com is looking for a Business Development Manager - Vacation Rentals to join our team. We have a talented, driven, and fun team who love what they do, are intellectually curious, and always looking to grow. 

Responsibilities: 
Assess and validate existing partner opportunities and needs on an ongoing basis, and feed these back to relevant teams within Tripping

Own lifecycle of each vacation rental partnership 

Build and maintain an accurate pipeline of potential vacation rental prospects through thoughtful analysis

Keep abreast of key demand/supply indicators, economic data, trends and competitive information within the vacation rental ecosystem

Work closely with all internal teams to ensure the delivery of service levels for our partners and escalate where required

Gather feedback from partners regarding product enhancements and processes to drive efficiencies and increased revenue

6-8 years as a market manager or other sales related role required

Experience in the vacation rental, hotel, or OTA industries required

Deep knowledge of the vacation rental ecosystem

Success in lead generation and qualification

Proven analytical skills and data-driven decision-making

Ability to respond to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines

Solid network of industry contacts

Demonstrated ability to exceeds goals

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, rapidly changing business environment
