• Manage all the jobs of the Maintenance team in mechanical and electrical systems, building facilities. Work with the concerned departments to handle daily tasks of the team
  

           Quản lý tất cả các cộng việc bảo trì các hệ thống cơ điện và hạ tầng kỹ thuật tòa nhà. Phối hợp làm việc            với các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết các công việc của nhóm.

• Define the list of routine maintenance tasks for mechanical and electrical systems in the building
  

          Xây dựng danh sách các nhiệm vụ, công việc bảo trì bảo dưỡng định kì cho thiết bị cơ điện trong tòa                nhà.

• Lead the team to follow the technical procedures in operating systems and technical equipment of the building

          Hướng dẫn nhân viên vận hành hệ thống thiết bị kỹ thuật trong tòa nhà đúng quy trình kỹ thuật.

• Task assignment, monitoring, performing maintenance works and solving technical problems in the building
  

           Sắp xếp công việc cho nhóm, theo dõi và thực hiện công tác bảo trì, bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa và xử lý ban            đầu các sự cố kỹ thuật trong tòa nhà.

• Supervise vendors on maintenance works and coordinate relevant groups to handle incident response

            Giám sát các nhà thầu bảo trì và phối hợp với nhóm vận hành giải quyết các sự cố khẩn cấp

•  Researching, recommendation, establishing and implementing continuously process improvement plans, operation maintenance to achieve continuous efficient and effective result
  

           Nghiên cứu, đề xuất, thiết lập và thực hiện các kế hoạch cải tiến liên tục quy trình, vận hành bảo trì bảo            dưỡng, đảm bảo cung cấp dịch vụ hiệu quả và chất lượng.

• Implementation of the regulations on safety and fire protection of the building
  

           Thực hiện các quy định về an toàn và phòng cháy chữa cháy của tòa nhà.

• Planning procurement and replacement of spare parts annually
  

           Lập kế hoạch mua sắm, thay thế các thiết bị dự phòng hàng năm.

• Report to Security Manager on the operation and maintenance periodically
  

           Báo cáo cho trưởng phòng an ninh định kỳ về các công việc vận hành, bảo trì, bảo dưỡng.

•  Perform other tasks as requested by higher level
  

           Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
  

          Tốt nghiệp Đại Học chuyên ngành Cơ Điện Lạnh hoặc tương đương.

• Minimum of 05 years in the office building maintenance or related-industry experience with at least 03 years at the leader or supervisor level
  

           Tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm đảm nhiệm vị trí bảo trì, bảo dưỡng tòa nhà, cao ốc văn phòng hoặc các              công trình tương tự với 03 năm ở vị trí trưởng nhóm hoặc giám sát.

• Excellent problem solving, decision making and planning skills.
  

           Kỹ năng hoạch định, xử lý và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.

•  Good at communication and written English skills are an advantage.
  

           Sử dụng được Tiếng Anh, trao đổi qua email và giao tiếp trong công việc được là một lợi thế.

•  Basic skills to use computers to work (Word, Excel, email communication, etc ..)
  

            Kỹ năng sử dụng máy vi tính để làm việc (Word, Excel, email, v.v..)

• Good at moral character, honesty, enthusiasm, carefully and high sense of responsibility in work.
  

            Phầm chất đạo đức tốt, trung thực, nhiệt tình, cẩn thận và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
