International Sales Manager for Logistic Systems

Sort out the Nordic Region
You join our Logistics division in Aarhus. Travelling 50-80 days a year, you help deliver complete logistics systems that enable our Nordic customers to sort and distribute goods.

As part of our professional and high-performing international sales organisation, you will have every chance to make an impact, but you will also join a bunch of supportive colleagues who enjoy each other’s company and collaborate thoroughly to strengthen our offer and create a stable global order intake.      

    A dual purpose
    As an international sales manager, you focus on the Nordic countries through exciting and sometimes complex sales processes related to projects of € 1-20m. You divide your time between selling our well-established and technically advanced material handling systems with loopsorters and our new, simpler and less expensive Line Sorter.

    The two logistics systems are unlike and cater to different customer needs. Thus, you will divide your time between a well-established market and a new, broader market, which you play a key part in helping us to establish. In sum, you:

    • Manage the tender process from start to finish
    • Identify potential customers and key players in the market
    • Do canvassing, setting up meetings and creating room for new sales opportunities
    • Prioritise leads and help identify relevant trends and new products
    • Build and maintain our customer base 

    To succeed, you will have to understand our customers. This takes confidence, drive and some technical flair because your sales opportunities depend on whether we can meet customer needs in a satisfying manner. Also, you have great communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to build up a new customer base while simultaneously maintaining the existing one. Your qualifications:

    • You have 5+ years of experience with system sales, new sales and cultivating your own market
    • You probably have a technical background and some commercial understanding
    • You have an end-to-end understanding of similar sales – from canvassing to contract 
    • Any experience with logistics and sales through tenders is a plus
