CoEnterprise is looking for a talented full time UX/UI Designer to bring our flagship software, Syncrofy, to the next level. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about the user and can be their voice on the software development team. In this role you will take complex tasks and translate them into intuitive, beautiful designs for non-technical and advanced users alike.

Responsibilities include:

● Being the user’s advocate at every step in the design and development process.

● Creating storyboards, flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

● Assessing the usability of existing designs and offering constructive suggestions for change.

● Designing and executing user testing plans to gather and incorporate feedback into designs.

● Working closely with design and development teams to implement and refine new and existing product features.

● Participating in design discussions, sharing and receiving constructive criticism.

● Helping to establish and solidify design best practices and discipline.

● 3+ years of UX/UI design experience.

● Expert with digital design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop and InVision.

● A strong eye for design and attention to detail.

● A strong understanding of web technologies and their limitations. You will create the best possible experience while still being realistic for developers to implement.

● Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

● Portfolio required.
