• Management of incoming invoices and travel expenses (Validation, Documentation, and Approval).

• Assistance with internal invoice validation and payment process.

• Allocation of invoices and expenses to Cost Centers and Cost Types.

• Support with the payment process.

• Support with  Audits and Financial closing measures.

• Other support in exciting projects.

• you have a bachelor in Finance or Business Administration

• ideally you have already performed an internship in accounting or payment processes

• You are able to work in English, any other language is a plus

• You have strong organizational and analytical skills

• Basic knowledge in Excel
