What is the role?

Involved in the heart of the recruitment project, you will work closely with the Recruitment consultants to successfully conduct a recruitment project from A to Z, across all industries and all level positions.

• Put the client first on your priority list
• Manage the job posting
• Sourcing candidates through existing database, advertising, internet and direct approach
• Screening and identifying skill sets and matching with appropriate vacancies
• Interviewing candidates over the phone

 With…

• At least 1 year of experience working within a recruitment agency
• Experience working in a high performance culture where results are rewarded
• Strong knowledge of social media, especially sourcing via LinkedIn, and job portals is required
• CEI certification would be a strong advantage
