RECRUITER

(Agency Experience Required in the Healthcare, Biotech / Pharma, Accounting and/or Finance Industries)


Job Summary:

The Recruiter is full desk position and is responsible for account development and filling direct hire job orders with qualified applicants in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients.
  • Manage relationships with clients by partnering to provide staffing solutions.
  • Consults with client hiring managers to thoroughly understand the clients’ needs
  • Maintains balance of job orders and qualified candidates.
  • Develops a pipeline of candidates to meet clients’ current and future needs.
  • Develops creative sourcing strategies and leveraging resources to recruit high caliber candidates through online social networking, job boards, community recruitment, and professional networking
  • Interviews and assesses candidates’ qualifications through a combination of behavioral interviews and competency based evaluations.
  • Facilitates interviews between the candidate and client, including candidate preparation and client briefings. Conducts debrief with candidate and client following interviews.
  • Facilitates AP and client specific hiring and on-boarding processes.
  • Responsible for screening work history, personal references, credentials and education.
  • Actively and pro-actively market highly marketable candidates to appropriate firms.
  • Manages relationships with candidates for current and future career opportunities
  • Schedules all initial and follow up meetings and be present, when possible and necessary to ensure successful placement of candidates.
  • Maintains and updates thorough, accurate, and compliant documentation of all client and candidate communications via erecruit.
  • Conduct quality calls to clients and associates to ensure satisfaction is met on both ends.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of staffing experience, preferred
  • Previous experience in account management/process management
  • Proven track record of production as a staff recruiter/account manager

Qualifications

MUST HAVE experience working in an agency.
