Job Description

We are looking for an agile coach who wants to bring in passion and skills to help our teams to continue to succeed. The vast majority of our engineers work in Paris and Warsaw, thus you are either located in one of both cities or willing to relocate.

We need you to strengthen our agile coaching capacities in order to keep up with the ever growing team of developers. Hand in hand with our full-time agile coach and several Tech Managers that do agile coaching today, your day-to-day role will consist of working with development teams as a Scrum Master and/or Kanban coach. You will help to continuously remove obstacles and anticipate blockers to make the teams' lives easier. You ensure that our iterative development cycles run smooth, and constantly challenge & refine our way of being agile.

As a fundamental part of our development teams you will help serving our huge & huger community, our members will be your boss.

In a nutshell, your mission will be to apply & perfect our methodology.

Qualifications

You are a passionate communicator in English (and are either a French or Polish native speaker), understand group dynamics and are not afraid to raise issues and drive change to improve your teams. You’ll be working with outstanding engineers who love what they do, and we expect the same from you.

You have a solid previous experience as a Scrum Master at a startup or an equally dynamic organisation. Being a team player and a fast-learner by nature, you know how to quickly adapt to a challenging work environment while being fun & serious.

Last but not least you should have a favorite beer, a solid choice that you can explain and defend equally good in English or French, even after several of them ;)

  • Place: Paris/Warsaw (no remote working, no offshoring)
  • Contract: long-term contract (CDI) 
  • Salary : According to profile and experience
