Job Description

BlaBlaCar is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join the France & Benelux team. 

As an Associate Marketing Manager you will play a key role in increasing the awareness and adoption of BlaBlaCar in France. You will help finding new acquisition channels, negotiating with providers, setting-up campaigns and tracking their performance. You will be joining a very skilled and motivated team of people, whose goal is to accelerate BlaBlaCar's growth. Thus, the role requires a sharp, analytical mind and an entrepreneurial spirit. You should be able to think and plan future campaigns in advance whilst rolling up your sleeves to get the current ones to be as efficient as possible.

Key responsibilities will include 

  • Defining, setting up and running online/offline marketing campaigns 
  • Setting up and managing partnerships 
  • Collecting, formatting and analysing marketing KPIs to measure performance 
  • Sharing best practices with other marketing teams
  • Analyse, define and manage product marketing evolution
  • Participate in the development of new projects
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Customer journeys optimization

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience (internships included),
  • Experience in offline or online marketing campaigns (minimum 6 months)
  • Familiar with online marketing metrics (CPC, CPL etc…) and business models
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Full proficiency in Excel
  • Fluent in French and English (additional European languages a significant advantage)
  • Rigorous and organised
  • Ability to work autonomously with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • International work or study experience a significant advantage
