Job Description

  • ThinkLite is looking for a full time inside sales rep with prior experience in outside sales or cold calling
  • The candidate is expected to make 60+ outbound calls each day between cold and warm leads 
  • Is able to get past phone screeners to key decision makers and engage them in a conversation by providing valuable information about the product and sparking their interest
  • Is able to cater conversation and sales pitch to different target markets and personnel, based on the type of customer being called on 
  • Setup appointments for outside sales rep and gather enough intelligence about the client. Be able to secure information in a CRM software accurately 
  • Is able to work with the Business Development Team to initiate, aggregate and qualify new leads and opportunities for outside sales team 
  • Is open to wear multiple hats as required by the business, including going out on sales meetings if required
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • The technology and sales pitch is straightforward, easy to learn and cookie-cutter

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience is a must
  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • Documented track record of over achieving sales plan
  • Ability to learn and apply learning’s quickly
  • Ability to develop prospects and leads independently
  • Self-­‐motivated & detail oriented
  • Accustomed to documenting all aspects of sales process into a CRM system
  • Must be confident on the phone
  • Ready to start within the next 30-45 days
  • Past job experience/familiarity with lighting projects is a plus point, but not a requirement


Additional Information

  • Base Salary: $30K-­‐$35K starting, depending on experience
  • Bonuses based on quarterly performance and results
