Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and capable administrative secretary to assist us with office administration. As an Administrative Assistant at Trading Partner, you'll be responsible for processing documents, maintaining databases, and liaising with the public. You may also be required to manage office supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents
  • Filing documents, as well as entering data and maintaining databases
  • Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Liaising with internal departments and communicating with the public
  • Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements
  • Assisting with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing, note-taking, and travel bookings
  • Observing the best business practices and etiquette

Qualifications

  • SSCE/GCE or its equivalent
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Advanced proficiency in managing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
