Job Description

Anantara Vacation Club China (below called AVC-CHINA) Alliances team seeks to create value-added and sustainable win-win partnerships that protect and strengthen AVC’s reputation, brand, and business. This is achieved through creative development of marketing and sponsorship programmes, management of partner and business unit relationships, and creations of new partnerships aligned with AVC’s business and strategic goals.

The remit of this role is to assist the Director of Public Relations, Digital & Partnerships, China with the development of new marketing partnerships/strategic alliances in mainland China for promotions supporting inbound calling activity at the Call Centre for “Preview Channel” campaigns.

The Manager is expected to be a self-sufficient and self-driving individual contributor who can actively develop relationships and engage with both external partners and internal key stakeholders. He or she is also expected to support functional leadership in providing sound analysis and recommendations to facilitate internal proposal evaluation and decision making.

Qualifications

·        Excellent business development, partnership development skills, including presentation development, negotiation, excellent verbal and written communication skills etc.

·        Bachelor degree. More than 3 years’ experience in Marketing Alliance or Business development roles, good at developing new relationship

·        Good computer skills and English communication skills

·        Able to work and learn quickly and accurately in a high volume environment

·        Able to perform well under deadlines and respond well to an environment of constant change. Has good business sense and understand ROI and efficiency management

·       Cultural sensitivity to regional differences in business development within China mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan

·       Ability to develop detailed preform as based on detail analysis of technical campaign initiatives

·       Excellent communication in Chinese and English
