Job Description

LeaseQ is looking for a Sales Director who will develop new business in its Food & Beverage markets which includes Restaurant Equipment Sellers, Franchise Businesses, and Food Packaging Equipment.  You will work in a dynamic environment where you will be part of a larger team of experts in Sales, Finance, CRM, and Automation all working together to make equipment financing fast and easy.  The ideal candidate has 2+ years sales experience in financial services or automation solution sales. 

You will be challenged with performance standards and objectives, required to learn new technologies, and be expected to share your ideas on how LeaseQ can improve its solutions and improve its deliver processes.    

After an initial training period your primary responsibility will be to grow the existing F&B equipment vertical. Reporting directly to the Vice President in both inbound and outbound sales support. You will build and maintain your own relationships with equipment sellers and potential equipment buyers. In your role, you will be working with new customers and partners every day. The F&B vertical has some of the largest distributors in the country as current customers. 

The right candidate will have experience and ideas to increasing penetration into national accounts, work with executive teams, creating actionable strategies to increase customer embracement of new products and solutions. 

Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound/inbound vertical sales channel efforts
  • Increase customer adoption of exisiting relationships
  • Work together with existing F&B vertical sales team to create new revenue
  • Compile and analyze LeaseQ sales and account performance results data
  • Develop and deliver quantitative and qualitative reports and presentations
  • Fulfill Ad-hoc requests to support sales and marketing
  • Identify and document business process streamlining and automation opportunities

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Proficiency in MS Power Point & Excel
  • Confident oral and written communicator (able to proof your own work)
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable with financial numbers, basic math skills 
  • Affinity for analytics, helping customers, launching a business (motivated entrepreneur)
  • Desire to learn about businesses and commercial and equipment financing
  • Financial product sales experience (sought, not required)
  • Enterprise CRM experience(sought, not required)
  • HTML coding skills (sought, not required)
