Leading upmarket family restaurant based in Sinoville in Pretoria is currently recruiting for a dynamic Assistant restaurant manager with back house and front house management experience

At least 3 years’ experience in a management role

6 days a week roaster

Peoples person

Good communication skills

System driven person

Loyalty is a must

Daily Cash up’s and reports

Managing waiters and kitchen staff

Knowledge of stock take, receiving and issuing of stock

Placing of orders

Checking stock levels

Completing of daily check lists

Timekeeping

Energized person looking for a new opportunity

Fluent in english and Afrikaans would be a major advantage
