Customer Engagement Project Manager

Company Description

Our client is a major actor for the protection of resources and water management all over the world.

They recently opened a new innovation centre with strategic R&D projects in water management and conservation.

One of those projects is about engaging consumers into water savings through online applications and web portals.


To lead this initiative, they are looking for their Customer Engagement Project Manager to be based in Tiong Bahru, Singapore.


Job Description

Your main mission:

You will be responsible of analysing customers' consumption and inducing customer behaviour and engagement through online and digital initiatives.

You will :

  • Raise the customer awareness on their own water consumption
  • Push them to provide information on their own socio-economic situation and water usages
  • Enhance their engagement and behaviour for water conservation through digital initiatives (online apps and web portal mainly)

The development of this approach is to be undertaken in very close collaboration with PUB.


Your main tasks:

  • Monitoring the project (planning, budget, sub-contractors)
  • Definition of the digital scenarios and impact assessment to engage the maximum of consumers through water savings
  • Participate to the development of online tools (mobile or internet prototype portal where the end-user will find interactive tools to play with) to provide the consumers with understandable, entertaining and attractive information
  • Animation of the digital campaign where you will initiate the interaction with the customers and embark them in the “game"
  • Follow-up of the results: drive the data analytics part of the project and elaborate a reliable dashboard for the Water Supply Department
  • Handling the relationship with the Customer and Communication Departments of PUB as well as with the company’s technical support (based in Europe)


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Customer Engagement
  • Previous successful experience in Digital/Online Marketing
  • Previous exposure in Operational or Strategic Marketing within a B-to-C environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both speaking and listening)
  • High level of autonomy and able to take initiatives
