Job Description

Do you want to be part of a global industry leader, combining your technical knowledge with your interest in business and project management? We are looking for an intern to join our Business Support division in Aarhus, working with corporate contract management with colleagues across the globe

You will be joining our Business Support division, where you will be working closely with our Director of Corporate Contract Management as well as colleagues across the globe, taking on tasks and projects within contract management. You will be joining a global organization and can expect to be cooperating with colleagues in Aarhus and Beckum, Germany, as well as our group companies around the globe like in Dubai, Singapore and Dallas. You will be taking on a wide range of tasks and projects, including:

  • Setting up the Contract Management sharepoint on our intranet
  • After introduction, participating into contract reviews and discussions as well as status reports
  • Actively participating in the further development of our contract management by challenging ideas and concepts
  • Supporting the global network of Contract Managers
  • Participating in Contract Management workshops
  • Supporting the standardization of certain templates for global contract management
  • Various ad hoc tasks and projects

Technical flair and a business mindset
Ideally you are studying e.g. mechanical, civil, industrial or global business engineering and have a great interest in the business side of a technical complex company, or you could be enrolled in a business degree and have a certain degree of technical flair. Most importantly, though, you are ambitious and want to take an active part in the tasks and projects ahead and are not shy to share your opinions and challenge ideas and concepts.

Be part of a global organization
As an intern you will be located at our Danish headquarter in Aarhus, where you will be joining around 700 colleagues, including a number of other interns across the organization. As well as being part of your team, you will be able to join your fellow interns for lunch every second week to share your experiences and get to know each other.

The internship is paid and will be lasting for 4 to 6 months commencing in August/September 2019. The exact period of your internship will be agreed with your coming manager.
