Business / Sales Support Executive (MKT211)

R25 000 – R35 000 per month based on experience plus commission

 

Purpose:

Support sales initiatives across the client’s business territories, the candidate will be tasked with a variety of functions that support Sales Executives focus on actually selling and closing of deals.

Well-groomed and organised candidate needed for high paced role. PowerPoint presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, research, seeking a highly organised and efficient person.

Education:

Diploma/Degree

Experience:

5 years proven working experience in similar roles

Major accountabilities:

Support the Sales Executives by identifying and contacting potential clients

Support with presentations and client pricing

Sales and marketing administration, research and customer support

Keep up to date on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Schedule weekly and monthly internal meetings to provide feedback and update on pipeline

Once an opportunity has been concluded, follow up with the client on business agreements and work with operations/technical teams on times line

Building and maintaining relationships with clients

Conduct professional sales calls and face to face meetings with clients at all levels, when required

Present the value proposition to clients, support with creation of pitches and tenders to potential clients. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts

Conduct follow up sales activities

Build, manage and analyse database. Research, monitor and report on industry trends and needs

Weekly/monthly reports monitor portfolio performance, track trends within the industry

 

Presentable, very structured and process orientated, proactive, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, strong communication skills, highly motivated and business focused. Commitment to quality and the highest customer service and superior Microsoft Office Skills
