Our client is a leading telecommunications company looking to expand their footprint in Malaysia. As Head of Card Management, your role is crucial to this growth as you are the person in charge of all the sim cards: their production, delivery, quality standards, technologies, and more. 

Job Description

  • Determine and develop the standard operation procedure for the production of SIM cards. 
  • Follow the production requirements for quarterly, half yearly and yearly based on company's business direction. 
  • Monitor vendor delivery performance and the quality of their product. 
  • Initiate RFQ process for ad hoc purchase of recharge cards, packaging and SIM cards. 
  • Conduct technical evaluation of cards. 
  • Ensure database is reliable and being updated accordingly.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years experience in related field
  • Resourceful
  • Analytical
  • Project management oriented
  • Keen interest in IT and Telco sector 
  • Microsoft product savvy
