You will be given the opportunity to build up your own portfolio and your own team. This is an amazing opportunity for a Senior or Lead Recruiter to take the next step in their career and run a service line in an already successful recruitment business. 

Your main missions:

• Build and expand your clients portfolio - starting with your existing clients
  
• Manage the recruitment process from interview to offering stage and beyond. Which includes sourcing and qualifying candidates, conducting the offer negotiation, manage and nurture the relationship with your clients

• Propose new ideas, way of doing thing better, faster and at an always higher level of quality for our clients.

• You have a strong and successful track record as a recruiter in a Recruitment Company and you want to build your own activity, within the space of a strong and recognised Organisation.

• You must be flexible, strongly customer oriented and service minded with excellent interpersonal skills

• Prior working sales position is advantageous.
• CEI certification is required.
