Job Description

VVL Systems is looking for high-caliber operations lead who will deliver consulting services of ForeScout CounterACT product within our existing customer’s global environment. Responsibilities include providing operational support full time onsite customer facility.  Responsibility includes 24x7 support, as well as interfacing with ForeScout support and customer engineering teams, and customer points of contact.

The ideal candidate will have deep operational support experience in customer facing engagement roles and prior ForeScout consulting experience.

Key Role and Responsibilities 

  • Own, lead, and manage all aspects of the operational support of customer's global ForeScout CounterACT deployment.
  • Act as consultative lead in process and requirements analysis and application configuration
  • Track progress of deliverables and interface with customer towards implementing services on schedule and on budget
  • Recognize issues and risks and proactively document and manage/resolve those with the customer and VVL Systems project managers and sponsors
  • Maintain effective working relationships with assigned customers and VVL Systems Project Management team.
  • Incorporate and drive best practices into the product and methodology.
  • Provide assistance with end user related problems that fall within ForeScout policies.  
  • Troubleshooting Windows 10 devices.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of Aruba, Clearpass, and Cisco networking equipment.
  • Installation and remediation of remediation policies within ForeScout Enterprise Manager.
  • Familiarity and knowledge of Visual Basic Scripting (VBS) to create policies
  • Provide technical solutions for and use the Incident Management tool offered when solving problems/incidents reported
  • Ensure the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) remain updated
  • Provide after hours support on as needed basis

Qualifications

The candidate shall have:

  • BA/BS and a minimum of five years of prior consulting/professional services and project management experience; 
  • Direct experience with ForeScout CounterACT and suite of products, for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Direct experience with 802.1x implementation, configuration, and operation.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills with ability to facilitate meetings, conduct trainings, and conducting consulting activities
  • Experience as a operations lead in customer engagements involving software and/or hardware projects
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Service Delivery Management, Service Portfolio Management, Six Sigma or equivalent desirable
  • US Citizenship and government security clearance required (Secret with Single Scope Background Investigation plus National Agency Check/Local Agency Check/Credit Check).
