Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION

In this position as the Office Manager, you will focus on day to day admin tasks ensuring the office is organized and the operations team is running efficiently. You will also support the Project manager, Accounting Manager, and COO-CFO to develop and implement new practices, streamline processes and systems to improve day to day operations. The ideal candidates is one that is looking to be a part of a fast-paced, high-growth team, stay, learn and grow over the long-term, and has exceptional administrative skills. This position could also start out as a part-time position and roll into a full time position by March 2017.

Compensation Range: $36-$40K starting + benefits + performance bonuses + quick growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via telephone and email, routing calls, resolving concerns effectively, and escalating to the appropriate manager as needed
  • Work with the warehouse team to plan, schedule, and effectively manage deliveries of orders
  • Assist with project management, and follow up with customers for testimonials
  • Support team with compiling case studies and press releases for completed projects
  • Assist with processing warranty claims, and responding to pricing and availability requests
  • Ensure the office is tidy and organized, including general cleaning duties
  • Other general clerical duties and day to day admin tasks as requested of you

Qualifications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
  • Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines
  • Organization skills, detailed and excel at moving quickly from one task to another
  • Ability to effectively communicate/present results in a team environment is required
  • Proficient in using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, Outlook, and Adobe Photoshop

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Must have a college degree (BS/BA preferred)
  • 4+ years progressive experience in an administrative discipline
  • Any previous work experience in a start-up technology company is preferred
