Job Description

It is the responsibility of a Customer Service/Site Support Representative to work as a responsible member of their Customer Experience Team and to provide excellent service to our customers in order to maximize growth and ensure customer retention. 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the Customer Service/Site Support Representative to:

• Address customers in a professional, courteous manner with a positive attitude and active listening

• Accurately and efficiently enter quotes, orders and returns into the ERP ()P21 system while meeting or exceeding service level agreements and customer requirements

• Expedite all service requests with urgency and accuracy to meet or exceed customer expectations

• Communicate effectively and establish professional relationships with customers, suppliers and other Stellar associates

• Maintain constant and clear communication with your manager on specific on-site customer issues and suggestions for improvement opportunities.

• Be knowledgeable of Stellar’s logistics processes and product management and replenishment systems

• Understand Stellar’s dedicated inventory levels and first pass fill rates

• Be aware of Stellar’s indirect material management solutions, including consignment and B2B

• Engage in continual learning of all Stellar service and product offerings

• Attend scheduled training sessions on product or process related content as necessary

• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years customer service or related experience

• Proficient in MS Office

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines

• Good listening skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to connect positively with customer and others

• Comfortable working in a sales driven and service focused environment

• Display a consistent can-do attitude and willingness to improve

• Always work with honesty and forthrightness

• Must be able to regularly lift 10 pounds and 25 pounds frequently

• Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk up to 8 hours a day
