Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to obtain a professional level position in Austin, Texas. 

Our current needs include a full-time Adjuster experienced in handling Automobile Liability claim with at least 4 years of claims handling experience. 

This person will effectively manage a caseload of Automobile files in accordance with our client’s procedures and performance standards, as well as state statutory and regulatory provisions. Salary commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package includes paid vacation and sick leave, paid holidays and health, dental and life insurance.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES INCLUDE:

Investigate claims for coverage and liability, set and maintain reserves for each claim, Drafts letters, notes, and reports. Detect potential for recovery from third parties.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Ability to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life. Ability to learn and apply legal rules, procedures, concepts, and terminology in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of Texas. Ability to learn. Possess knowledge and terminology in order to make important decisions involving complex legal and medical issues quickly and accurately. Ability to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately. Ability to maintain the highest level of organization and attention to detail to ensure that all deadlines are met, all payments are made on time, and record-keeping is thorough and accurate Ability to work in a paperless environment.


Bilingual a plus.
