Job Description

•    Providing white glove L2 and L3 technical support services for B2B integration technologies
•    Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving business critical system issues under pressure
•    Giving expert advice and guidance to customers on advanced B2B technologies and concepts
•    Ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people
•    Experience in the latest enterprise operating systems including Unix or Windows, ability to administer, configure, tune and troubleshoot
•    Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times
•    Upholding and being held accountable for meeting defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
•    Facilitating post-outage reviews (POR), creating Service Incident Reporting (SIR), and developing and delivering Root Cause Analysis(RCA)
•    Providing technical mentoring to customers and peers
•    Provide 24/7 on-call support for designated systems as well as for others on Support Team

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or similar
•    1-3 years’ experience working on IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Managed File Transfers(MFT)
o    Experience with the Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI) system administration.
o    Experience with IBM Sterling software suite: B2B Integrator (Maps, BPML, Services/Adapters, Administration, Tuning, Troubleshooting)
o    Hands on SI Business Process development experience – Graphical Process Modeler and (GPM) and Business Process Modeling Language (BPML)
o    Hands on experience in maps - EDI-EDI, EDI-XML, Flat-file-XML maps, XML-IDOCs
o    Experience with File Transfer Protocols: FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, AS2
o    Experience in new partner on-boarding - creating trading partner setups, envelopes and configuring ports & mailboxes etc.
o    Exposure to various EDI formats – X12, EDIFACT, XML, Flat File, CSV.
•    Experience working with database technologies: Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, or MySQL
•    Strong analytical and conceptual skills both written and verbal
•    Passion for technology, adaptable, and the desire to continually learn new skills
•    Team player with the desire to help others
•    Self-driven, self-motivated, and the ability to get things done
•    Ability to document detailed step by step instructions on technical topics
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills
