Our client is looking to hire Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join their fast paced, mission-driven company. They are looking for a team player who will independently manage a full-cycle recruiting process and will bring fresh ideas on how to engage candidates and increase our brand awareness. This position will partner with hiring managers and the HR team to meet hiring needs by attracting top talent to the company. This position will be the point of contact for prospective candidates and manage ongoing relationships with hiring managers.  

Job Description

  • Independently manage candidate pipelines for open positions by sourcing active and passive candidates, scheduling candidate interviews, interviewing candidates to assess cultural fit, and conducting reference checks to confirm qualifications
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse and highly qualified talent
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR
  • Conduct regular check-ins with hiring managers and HR team to understand hiring needs and ensure hiring expectations are met
  • Partner with the Director of HR to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
  • Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) 
  • Actively monitor applications within the ATS and maintain communication with applicants throughout the process
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics as required
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and events, serving as the company representative 
  • Perform other related duties and ad hoc projects as required by position

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of recruiting experience with 5+ years of biotech and life sciences industry experience required
  • Proven success recruiting for life sciences roles spanning all functions including: regulatory affairs, process development, scientists, R&D, and G&A
  • Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively
  • Strong computer skills (i.e. MS Word, ATS, Gmail, etc.)
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates integrity in all business interactions
