Our client, a global semiconductor manufacturer, is looking to hire a Senior/ Principle Engineer, Product Engineering (NVM) to be based in Singapore.

• Analyse eNV testchips to report the outcome in support of process development teams
• Responsible for yield ramp/ improvement by identifying problematic process modules 
• Circuit layout analysis to identify possible failure spots for systematic Bin failures
• Support single product yield enhancement together with BL product engineers
• Close collaboration with wafer manufacturing YE groups in preparation of yield roadmap during industrialisation phase

• MSc or PhD in electrical & electronics engineering.
• Min 5-7 or 8-10 years of experience with Non Volatile Memory product engineering
• Good hands-on experience in mass data analysis, using different EDA tools
• Knowledge in circuit design/ schematics of key IP blocks, ie. charge pumps, decoders, Flash memories, sense amps etc
• Knowledge in Memory array architecture will be a plus
• Prior involvement in projects from development setup phase till industrialisation phase
• Familiar with various electrical and physical failure analysis techniques
• Good communication skills.
