General Description                                                                                             
ON SITE ONLY. This position is for a Full Time Backend Web Developer at Hardin Design & Development. Responsibilities include web application design and development, daily interaction with clients, and application architecture design and implementation.

Training and Experience
1-3 years of comparable field experience. A college degree in computer science or related field is preferred, but not required. Other combinations of training and/or experience which can be demonstrated to result in possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities that are needed to perform the tasks of this position will also be considered.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong communication skills

Self-motivated individuals who are quick to add new technologies to their repertoire

Relevant experience working with backend technologies

Experience with Python, PHP, or a similar server side language

Experience with web servers, databases, and hosting solutions such as Amazon Web Services

Experience working with clients in a professional or freelance setting.

Additional Consideration given to candidates with:

Working knowledge of NodeJS, ES6, and NPM.

Demonstrable experience in React, Redux, Express, Angular 2.0, or PostgreSQL.

An outstanding web portfolio demonstrating knowledge of relevant concepts.
