We partner with our customers and provide solutions that complement their normal workflows such as annual subscriptions for patient engagement tools including; lobby room videos, website videos, and chair side patient engagement videos to improve patient case acceptance.

Spear Education is hiring a Customer Success Specialist to help us manage operational duties. The Operation Specialist (OS) reports to the VP, Customer Success. This position will provide administrative support for the SPS team. The successful candidate will develop great product knowledge and will be highly impactful for client experience and client success gestures.




Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Gathers relevant data information related to the operation of Spear Practice Solutions and deploys to key stakeholders
  • Identify consultant bottlenecks/challenges and work with management to alleviate
  • Develops streamlined and timely reporting associated with clients and customer success
  • Analyze data and facts; makes reccomendations to management team based on analysis

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interface heavily with CRM and analytics platform to analyze relevant customer success data and recommend action where applicable
  • Work with management to effectively execute on the customer experience
  • Interact with sales to deploy client contracts
  • Develop intuitive and reliable reports using excel and NetSuite

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a business/sales administration role supporting multiple departments
  • HS Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
  • CRM experience a plus
  • NetSuite experience a plus

Additional Information

This is mostly a sedentary position, where normal bending, stooping and lifting are required. Ability to lift 25 pounds overhead. Ability to visually interpret written text, prepare written documents, communicate via telephone and use a variety of computer based business applications. This is an office type environment with normal noise levels, comfortable temperatures and no extreme conditions. Professional attire is required.
