We are looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to support the Marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative duties. This is a perfect opportunity to grow within a company into a Campaign Manager position!

Job Description

  • Represent the company by welcoming and greeting its guests, clients in person, by phone; answering and directing all inquiries, checking the voicemails

  • Coordinate with other teams in order to ensure that campaigns are on track and deadlines will be met

  • Track different processes in parallel and identify potential bottlenecks

  • Conduct quality control checks and guarantee that all standards are met

  • Provide insights that will be fed into the clients’ CRM

  • Coordinate the office supplies including conference rooms, supply closet, kitchen and general areas

  • Responsible for all general office activities including mail, reception area, conferences, large purchasing coordination, pickup and delivery

  • Handle discrete and confidential information

  • Support all business management activities as requested

  • Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to details

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite – strong Excel skills

  • Excellent written English skills

  • Can perform data-oriented tasks with accuracy

  • Prior experience in a technical support role is considered a plus.
