WireCo WorldGroup is the world's leader in manufacturing, engineering, and distributing wire rope, synthetic rope, specialized assemblies, wire products and electromechanical cable. We specialize in rope for the gas and oil industry for mining and off shore drilling, cranes, bridges and military installations.

Fabricates all types and sizes of wire rope slings and assemblies. Fabricates structural strand and bridge rope specialty products.  Performs pre-stressing and proof-testing of fabricated items. 

• Follows customer and/or WireCo drawings to properly fabricate slings and assemblies to customer specifications. Meeting all quality and on time requirements.
• Follows instructions from Supervisor or leadman concerning job assignments to be performed.
• Follows ISO procedures for additional information necessary to perform job assignments.
• Selects tools, materials and equipment required to perform job assignment in a safe manner.
• Works as an individual or member of a crew as directed.
• Responsible to wear PPE, follow all safety rules, maintain proper housekeeping of work area, report all injuries, safety violations and damage to property or equipment.
• Performs in process and final inspections on fabricated items.
• Performs reel painting, build up and cleaning of fittings as directed.
• Tracks and records individual labor times. 
• Performs inventory cycle counts as directed.

This is a Temp to Hire Position

• High School diploma or GED.
• Have the ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide in English.
• Obtain and maintain a T-62 rated fork truck license
