The BACKBONE unit is the heart of ABOUT YOU’s IT. The team’s systems abstract the complexity of dealing with more than 100 merchants in different countries by providing standardized access to products and stocks within our company. It provides the APIs which handle orders, shipments, returns etc. worth more than € 1,000,000 in total – every single day. Dealing with high volumes of data, continuously monitoring data flows and solving complex challenges are part of the team members’ day-to-day business.

As a Senior PHP Developer you will code MVP-focused with great impact on our core system. You’ll be highly involved in scaling our systems beyond boundaries by bringing our solutions into the cloud and making them available to external e-commerce companies.

• Further development of Europe’s first API-based Infrastructure-as-a-Service solution for eCommerce – the ABOUT YOU CLOUD

From now on we are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join Europe’s most exciting Tech-Project.

Who you are

• You have very good knowledge of PHP7, Laravel, Git, Redis and MySQL
• You are familiar with centralized logging, monitoring and alerting solutions
• You enjoy building scalable distributed systems
• You understand DevOps, Containerization and Cloud solutions
• You already worked in an Agile environment with SCRUM
• You are fluent in English
