We are seeking a highly motivated Listing Specialist to join MG Residential, our residential sales team. The Listing Specialist will help to contribute to a residential sales team that will achieve over $100 million in sales volume across the DC Metro area this year.

At MG Residential, we believe that successfully buying and selling a home all begins with selection of the right real estate sales agent.  We ensure that each and every one of our agents are fully trained and coached at the highest level.  Each sales agent also has the opportunity to receive endless training classes through Keller Williams, both online and in person.

Weekly sales meetings help ensure your production is on track, communication is transparent and teachable moments are prevalent.  We believe in supporting our agents with professional administrative and marketing staff who assist during every stage of the transaction.  Our goal is to help grow your business as well as positively impact the neighborhoods in which we work and play.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a passion for real estate;
  • Hold an active Real Estate License in Maryland, DC, and/or Virginia;
  • Have a minimum of two+ years of successful real estate experience in sales;
  • Be driven and work well in an extremely fast-paced environment;
  • Enjoy a team-oriented atmosphere;
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as other internet-based technologies;
  • Be a quick learner and strive to provide top-notch customer service to all clients.

Top candidates will be highly motivated and ready to work hard for significant results.  The ideal candidate will be committed to follow up, follow through, and follow back.  They will also maintain structure in a highly productive environment, have flexibility to integrate seamlessly into diverse communication flows, and have the capacity to effectively prioritize.
