Job Description

The Marketing and Administration Intern will work closely with the Director of Marketing & Administration supporting all aspects of day‐to‐day operations of the company.

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding candidates
  • Track and manage prospective candidates
  • Assist in executing the marketing calendar including hand-outs, case studies, website, social media, etc. 
  • Provide support in creating correspondence, presentations, collateral, documents, etc.
  • Assist in managing third party vendors for IT and Marketing
  • Any other duties as assigned per manager

 

Qualifications

  • Experience working in an office setting preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and
  • Ability to multi‐task while meeting multiple deadlines and adhering to changing
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with peers, managers and clients.
  • Dependable & flexible as well as possessing the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Proactive, initiate follow‐through
