Job Description

A Coordinator’s role is to support the full lifecycle of a content-or social-lead project, including daily writing, editing and posting on social platforms. Ultimately, this role will also be analyzing and reporting results, with the goal of helping the team hit client objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily responsibilities for the Coordinator include:

  • Campaign Management – Expert execution of campaigns including ad campaigns with an emphasis on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Writing That Drives Engagement – The ability to write copy for a variety of social platforms in a way that triggers positive engagement for our clients.
  • Client Interaction – The Coordinator will work directly with clients, which requires interactive and technical expertise and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Channel Selection & Recommendations - Ability to innovate on existing channels and strategize new approaches that connect with evolving audiences. Keeps a pulse on trending mediums, tactics and messaging.

Qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need to bring:

  • 1-2 years of internship or full-time experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • An ability to understand and execute content across platforms, as well as a passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Organizational, time management and project management skills
  • Collaborative ability and creative thinking, matched with humble confidence
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Bilingual a HUGE plus
