Job Description

PPRO's software engineers develop technologies that change how payments are conducted around the globe. We're looking to expand our engineering team with new talents who bring fresh ideas. We require our engineers to be enthusiastic about tackling new development problems, display leadership qualities and be versatile to cope with our ever changing and demanding FinTech industry. 

As a key member of the front end software engineering team you will design, test, deploy and maintain software solutions. We hire people who are looking to make an impact on our internal and external customers.

  • Conception, design and implementation of web UX in both mobile and desktop environments.
  • The challenge is the creation and maintenance of web appearances with great usability for both internal and external users
  • Redesign UI's, implement new UI's and engage with back-end systems
  • You will be part of an agile development team that takes responsibility for both customer facing and in-house products.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor/Master degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience, including web development and software development
  • Creative and artistic skills in UI design
  • Comfortable working with Unix/Linux/BSD environments, including version control (git)
  • Good practical knowledge in HTML5 and CSS3
  • Skilled with JavaScript, preferably beyond jQuery
  • Experience building secure, Internet-facing websites
  • Good command of the English language, verbal and written - German is an advantage
