Job Description

CoEnterprise is looking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join our amazing team! You will play a key role in driving product adoption and engagement of Syncrofy, our flagship product, by acting as a liason for our product team and our customers. You will be an advocate for customer experience, ensuring that they are able to fully leverage our product and all it has to offer. You will educate customers on new and exciting features and releases, and provide real time feedback to our product team.

In the role of Customer Success Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Engage with customers on a regular basis
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to share with product team
  • Work closely with our product team to communicate new features and releases to customers
  • Assist Syncrofy training and support staff in addressing customer needs
  • Analyze individual user data to identify and communicate useful features to customers

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required, plus demonstrable experience driving improvements in customer experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to explain technical details to non-technical people
  • Strong analytical thinking, including the ability to identify critical trends and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrable relationship management skillls
