Job Description

The Occupational Health Client Services Coordinator serves as the main resource of support based on experience, and ability to facilitate client needs through exclusive knowledge of program. Provide support to Senior Account Manager by serving as liaison between clients, staff, and other providers. Assist clients, carriers, TPAs, legal representatives, and others by insuring time-sensitive requests to Medical Director are addressed.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Coordinate verbal and written requests as directed by Medical Director.
  2. Insure Medical Director is aware of potential and existing customer service matters as needed; to avoid be unprepared.
  3. Facilitate non-medical appointments, reminder updates, and duties as directed by Medical Director or Sr. Account Manager.
  4. Assist with requests both internally and externally.
  5. Coordinate scheduling for occupational health clients, case managers, and others with Medical Director or manager.
  6. Devise forms for department and update existing forms in use.
  7. Assist department manager with networking events by updating client database, preparing marketing packets, written correspondence, and surveys.
  8. Weekly monitor list of targeted businesses to market services using WCNP visits data, referrals, and other sales leads.
  9. Update clients regarding Occupational Health service lines.
  10. Collaborate with department manager to expand client base and improve services.
  11. Oversee client protocols and assist employer service coordinator as needed.
  12. Merge random program employer lists and generate notification letters.
  13. Prepare and organize employer health-fair agendas and materials.
  14. Assist with quotes and proposals for services as directed by manager.
  15. Maintain database of targeted businesses to market services.
  16. Collaborate with other departments as needed.
  17. Coordinate requests to assist in improvement and expansion to program.
  18. Track patient/client satisfaction through client service calls/surveys and resolving service matters.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: High School graduate or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE: 

  • 1-5 years’ experience in Occupational Healthcare setting.
  • Experience with eCW is preferred

POSITION REQUIRMENTS:

  • Works independently and has ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in decision-making and ability to adapt to changing trends.
  • Maintain a high degree of competency and quality with regard to reports, forms, and written communication.
  • Thorough knowledge of medical and Occupational Health terminology.
  • Possesses understanding of corporate goals and structure.
  • Contributes to the success and growth of physician practice.
