Job Description

As a Customer Service Coordinator Aka Customer Love Coordinator, you’ll help bring our first proprietary beauty brand, Shero Science to life!  Our customers come first. Providing each customer with the best experience is our #1 priority, and you will have a hand in every aspect of customer interaction. From engaging with potential customers to responding to customer service questions, to fulfilling orders with a personal touch, you’ll own the entire experience.

Shero Customer Love: You’ll provide an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment: 

  • Monitor and respond to questions, comments and general feedback via email and social media
  • Proactively engage with potential customers, current customers, and influencers on social media
  • Coordinate, pack and ensure orders are shipped on time with a personal touch
  • Capture customer insights and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
