Job Description

The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for generating and developing new business and increasing sales from existing clients, across industry verticals.

  •       Generate and develop new clients
  •       Create and implement sales strategies for prospecting and acquiring new customers
  •       Develop sales decks and marketing materials in collaboration with research and marketing staff
  •       Build and manage existing client relationships to ensure repeat sales and referrals
  •       Meet quarterly and annual sales goals
  •       Work collaboratively with the research teams
  •       Define client research objectives, outline potential study approaches, and develop client proposals in   collaboration with research staff
  •       Ensure that projects meet the client’s expectations
  •       Deliver exceptional client service
  •       Collaborate with other senior leaders to learn / teach research designs / methods that can be used to develop new opportunities for new and existing clients
  •       Exhibit and present at conferences
  •       Provide clear weekly pipeline information and sales reporting to management
  •       Travel, as necessary, to meet the above requirements

Qualifications

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic colleague who can be a team player as well as an autonomous worker, and possesses the following:

  •       5+ years in market research is a minimum requirement! 
  •       Experience in consultative selling
  •       A demonstrated history of acquiring and maintaining a book of business in market research, existing network in Mexico is a plus
  •       Self-motivated and high energy with the ability to fit in well with a team
  •       Demonstrated knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research; knowledge of conjoint methodology a plus
  •       Proven ability to navigate complex organizations to find decision makers, champions, and key stake holders while creating strong relationships at every level
  •       Excellent verbal and written English communication skills including in-person presenting
  •       Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  •       Bachelor’s degree minimum, Masters a plus
