Red Brick is looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician for our scattered site St. Louis portfolio!

Position Highlights: Completing service requests in a timely and proficient manner using excellent customer service skills. Troubleshooting, repairing and installing HVAC systems and equipment as work orders are assigned. Compliance with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies. Completing and maintaining paperwork as required.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct any and all communications with our residents and coworkers in a manner consistent with Red Brick customer service guidelines.
• General electrical and plumbing knowledge and experience
• Must be able to replace a compressor and condenser
  
• Repair/replacement/clean fan motors, burners and thermostats
• Leak detection and repair
• Develop preventative maintenance plan for HVAC systems
• Complete daily timesheets and close work orders through the Yardi Mobile Maintenance app (training provided)

Critical Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in HVAC repair along with experience in troubleshooting and repair of small and large appliances.
• EPA and CFC certifications required.
• HVAC Certification
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Yardi 7S a plus!
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record and criminal background
• Pre-employment drug test
