Job Description

Our team is the backbone for an ever-expanding digital marketing company. We are looking for a sharp, self-motivated, naturally tech-oriented individual with a strong interest in and understanding of the online advertising space. This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity with much room for growth. You will play an integral role in campaign management, optimization, ad trafficking, and reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing workflow processes between the Sales teams and AdOps

  • QA campaigns and creatives to ensure they meet requirements

  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance for optimization, pacing, and discrepancies

  • Troubleshooting pixels, tracking, and other technical issues

  • Managing internal categorization data for campaigns, advertisers, and publishers for programmatic analysis

  • Managing seasonal advertising calendar and working with the Sales teams and Creative to meet seasonal deadlines

  • Assisting in building campaigns as needed

  • Managing special AdOps projects

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in adops or technical account management

  • Experience with CPA, CPC, and Lead Gen campaigns

  • Experience managing and coordinating projects in a fast paced environment

  • Intermediate Excel skills - VLOOKUP, IF, data cleaning & manipulation, pivot tables, charting, conditional formatting

  • Good understanding of web technologies (pixels, HTML, javascript)

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities

  • A positive outlook, self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment

  • BA/BS or Associates degree preferred
