Beacon Services of Connecticut is a private group practice of behavior analysts, behavioral therapists and specialized therapists organized to provide intensive behavioral and instructional services to individuals with disabilities. This practice specializes in evidence-based treatment to young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD). 

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Manager of Practice Operations who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day coordination of office operations and procedures and supervising Operations team members.

Responsibilities:

·       Provide supervision and support to direct reports on the Operations team.

·       Process and prepare employee payroll.

·       Submission of all new hire, promotions, termination paperwork / documentation to Human Resources.

·       Become a superuser in the program’s electronic practice management system.

·       Manage referrals from potential new clients.

·       Maintain client service authorizations.

·       Process weekly employee service timesheets for billing.

·       Controlling correspondence between staff and the management company.

·       Staff support with payroll, mileage and changes in personnel information.

·       Assist executive team with program data review and analysis.

·       Develop and generate agency reports.

·       Ensure security and confidentiality of employee and client information.

Qualifications

·       Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field.

·       At least 2 years experience performing office operations responsibilities.

·       Strong Excel required.

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills required.

·       Experience with Pivot Tables preferred.
