Our client, is one of the leading manufacturer in business and industrial imaging products, including copiers, laser printers, multi-functional peripherals (MFPs) and digital print systems for the production printing market. Headquartered in Japan, they are looking for a Regional Solution Consultant, Managed Content Services (MCS)

Area of Responsibility:

•  A key representative of the company’s MCS business consulting department, covering Asean Region. Liaise with Head Office, regional HQ and local stakeholders on technical/ solutions/ MCS requirements, maximizing benefits and future revenue opportunities for the company. Lead and support sales force as a technical expert during sales negotiations. Resolve complex technical issues.

 Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and provide leading edge consulting services, solutions and offerings which meet customers’ needs based on current and emerging technologies or business trends with company’s MCS offerings (along with those from third parties where necessary).

             - By understanding customers’ needs and environment; and

             - Providing consultative technical expertise on MCS business solutions

        a) Liaise and/or source third parties’ products which add value and achieved the objectives above.

        b) Demonstrate MCS solutions and articulate the benefits of solutions, e.g technical benefits for                   technical audiences, business benefits for commercially oriented audiences 

        c) Interface and work with both internal and external parties to deliver solutions 

        d) Support business activities and project implementation by providing direct technical assistance               including implementation, technical support and training when required.

• Liaise with sections related to solutions to achieve set objectives.

• Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

• Minimum of an undergraduate degree or recognized technical diploma in Computer Science or related
• At least 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in IT industry and involved in Presales or Post sales of medium to large Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, such as Opentext Content Suite.
• Experience in other ECM solutions will be a plus.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills. 
• Traveling will be required
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice
