We're looking for a new team member to join our team and support leadership in establishing and managing meaningful long-term relationships with our clients, our teams and our vendors.   You'll be an important part of the Strategic Engagement Team, where strategy and relationships drive revenue.   

As an Engagement Manager (Account Executive), you’ll be:

A rock star – successfully cultivating client relationships while keeping agency management abreast of client objectives, opportunities, issues, successes and key personnel changes

An expert – all-knowing as to the status of your accounts, regardless of responsibility level, making sure work is done on time and on budget, collaborating with workflow and PM teams

  • Understand core client business strategy and uncover new ways to support and deliver that strategy through superior customer experience and enabling technologies
  • Maintain brand and digital strategies and filter client needs
  • Work collaboratively with strategy, insights and creative teams to profitably execute strategies and programs
  • Help implement and interpret analysis to support strategies and programs
  • Ensure strategic alignment with client business goals and KPIs
  • Contribute to teamwork and a constructive work environment
  • Work to hit expectations for key deliverables
  • Participate in client presentations and dialogue as requested
  • Manage and develop client relationships to grow business organically
  • Help build trust, credibility and client referrals

An amazing multi-tasker – really, we don’t know how you do it all!

  • Opening jobs, presenting work estimates to client for approval, ensuring no agency work begins without prior written consent (while still anticipating needs and working with supervision to forecast)
  • Working with Brand Planning/Strategy/Account Supervisor to develop creative briefs
  • Reviewing creative prior to presenting to client and ensuring the work is on strategy
  • Preparing written status reports for clients (also to be shared internally as requested)
  • Coordinating monthly client billing, reviewing and approving invoices prior to sending
  • Developing agency recommendations and points of view for client presentations, making sure all pertinent information, such as consumer data, research findings, etc., is available and considered when preparing the recommendation
  • Proactively looking for organic growth opportunities to increase revenue

A team player – working closely and collaboratively with Workflow/PMO, Accounting, Strategy, Creative, Development and Production 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience within notable digital/or integrated marketing agency environment; relevant internship experience may be considered
  • College Degree in applicable field
  • Ability to travel as needed, and collaborate with teams
  • Consistently demonstrate active problem resolution
  • Ability to manage client budgets, billings and forecasting
