Red Brick is hiring a Make Ready Technician. An ideal candidate will be experienced with unit turns, electrical systems, plumbing and also be able to work independently on projects in a timely and efficient manner. 

Complete unit turns as assigned by Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, which may include painting, flooring and coordination with outside vendors. 

Have a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC in a multifamily environment.

Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and come up with creative solutions to solving problems

Assist the service team with maintenance requests as assigned by Lead Technician and Property Manager.

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Experience with historic buildings and commercial/residential real estate a plus

A minimum of 1 year experience as a Make Ready Technician or Maintenance Technician in a multifamily environment

HVAC certification, plumbing and electrical experience a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation during work hours

Ability to work the following hours: M-F 8:30am - 5pm and work in an on-call rotation.
