Product and Operations interns will work directly with the product and e-commerce teams to improve the HerCampus.com site experience, assist with our e-commerce site (hcxo.shop), and ensure the smooth running of various company operations.

Interns will support the team in transforming raw data from our user community into actionable insights, researching potential features for HerCampus.com, conceptualizing new products and assisting with social for our e-commerce site (hxco.shop), conducting surveys and analyzing reports, identifying trends in both e-commerce and media, assisting with office management and organization tasks, composing our weekly newsletter, and streamlining the hc.com user experience via backend improvements.

Interns will have the chance to learn more about the technical workings of HerCampus.com and become familiar with our development process from initial research to final launch.

Internships are available to current college students each semester (fall, spring, and summer) on a full-time or part-time basis both in our Boston office and remotely (unless otherwise specified). Interns are eligible for a stipend pending internship location. Academic credit is available and required for all interns regardless of location.
