Red Brick Management is looking for a Commercial Maintenance Technician for our scattered-site portfolio in St. Louis, MO.

Job Description

Red Brick is hiring a Commercial Maintenance Technician. An ideal candidate will be a specialist in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing and also be able to work independently on projects in a timely and efficient manner. 


JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC for commercial properties.

Perform preventative maintenance and identify areas in need of repair.

Ability to review commercial leases to determine tenant and landlord responsibility when applicable.
Have the ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and come up with creative solutions to solving problems
Complete service requests as assigned by Tenant Services Coordinator.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers



Qualifications

3 years experience in commercial or residential maintenance with plumbing, electrical and HVAC background
HVAC certification

Knowledge of commercial real estate
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation during work hours
Ability to work the following hours: M-F 8:30am - 5pm and handle emergency requests if applicable.
Background check required
