Our client is a French multinational luxury goods conglomerate, looking for his/her VM Project Manager to be based in Singapore.

Reporting line: Operational Marketing Manager

Role summary: 

• You will be the Image guardian for Local VM on Point Of Sales. 
• You will ensure that Visual merchandising standards & novelties are adapted to local specificities and perfectly implemented & executed while reflecting Brand and regional direction. 
• Day by day, you will have to plan, organize & implement VM activities within the whole region and work with field team to guide rollout of VM guidelines.
• Upgrading the Brand image at POS will be your priority.

Main responsibilities

Local VM coordination

• VM coordinator & Central/Travel Retail VM: Gather & Organize all the Visual merchandising information coming from Central Merchandising team (WW & TR)
• VM coordinator & Local VM: the VM coordinator Is the best local VM spokesperson regarding all Counter VM subjects
• Coordinate with local VM the POS Database update on a monthly basis
• Coordinate the work of local teams ensuring that the local VM standards are in line with the guidelines

Counter VM Roll-out coordination

• Pro-actively coordinate with local VM the opening of all TR doors giving them all the tools and guidelines
• In charge of the Opening POSM order form. Update the VM Opening order form with the Company's Info Catalogue & Coordinate the Category Managers’update with Novelty POSM
• Guarantee the correct diffusion of VM rules, information & guidelines toward local VM, by selecting & adapting them according to local needs and by finding solutions according with local suggestions
• Organize & coordinate local VM activities by supervising implementation & application of guidelines in Stores, in order to satisfy commercial priorities & Brand Image & equity

Counter VM Basic Coordination 

• In charge of the Basic POSM Catalogue & corresponding guidelines. Build the catalogue & the corresponding Budget (P&L ), In charge of the forecast & follow the local VM consumption 
• Guarantee the correct implementation of the VM basic toward local VM by sending them valuable guidelines & ensuring an accurate communication flow

In Store communication, Media & POS Video Loop

• Coordinate the In store com plan & video system: update instore communication plan - with visual pictures, Share the In-store com Plan & the guidelines with the Local VM & ensure the realization of the flagships & top doors simulation through video system with anticipation, retrieve the simulation from local VM, share comments & recommendation before installation
• Coordinate the POS video for the different markets: brief Central Business development team in order to have the right visuals in the right format & share content with local VM
• Coordinate the Airport & Downtown Media installation: Construct & Update the Media plan, Brief Digital & Central visual team on needed material, Send all needed material to each media agency for censorship, Coordinate color test (HK), Monitor installation

Budget management

• Participate to the local VM Budget (Local production VM - P&L ) elaboration
• Consolidate the local VM budget & follow up
• Consolidate & check VM invoices file
• In charge of the Basic POSM Budget (P&L)

Professional skills

• Preferably previous experience in luxury brand & perfume business
• Fluent in English, the knowledge of an additional Asian language will be a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to combine creative & commercial sense
