Would you like to be a trusted Business Partner for 3 global divisions and help strengthen our global collaboration?

As a Senior HR Business Partner (replacement) in BEUMER Group, you will enter an international project-based organisation where you will be very close to the business and have an immense impact on our success. You will shape and prioritise your job together with your division directors, and you will have the freedom to define your own work methods.

Help realise our ambitions
You will join an HR department of 10 HR professionals that support the business with everything from talent acquisition to coaching, development and HR business partnering. Most of our HR activities are currently based in Denmark, but we want to strengthen the global HR network and be much closer to the global parts of our divisions. As our new Senior HR Business Partner, you will help realise this ambition.

Proactive Senior HR Business Partner
At our office in Aarhus, you will be the Business Partner for 3 global divisions with the division heads based in Denmark. As each division has different needs, you will get in touch with the entire range of HR tasks. Working both at a strategic level as well as with hands-on operational tasks, you will:

  • Ensure that business plans are translated into HR plans
  • Proactively identify areas where HR can add value and take the responsibility for solving challenges
  • Be a trusted advisor for the directors and managers
  • Drive a global HR network
  • Be responsible for global assessments of project directors and senior project managers in our Global PMO
  • Implement and drive annual HR processes
  • Drive the recruitment of strategic or key positions
  • Manage various cross-functional projects
  • Handle ad hoc and administrative HR tasks

You can expect to travel 20-30 days per year. Primarily to our Holding HQ in Germany. We are 700 employees in Denmark and 4.300 employees in the Group.

Senior HR Business Partner with an international mindset

  • You have HR business partner experience and a broad knowledge of the HR suite.
  • You have experience working in an international environment, and most importantly, you have the drive to collaborate across borders and cultures to strengthen global collaboration.
  • You have solid project management competences.
  • You have excellent English and Danish skills in both speech and writing.

To succeed, you bring a high level of drive and a strong commitment. You are able to grasp a project-oriented business, and you have the ability, will and courage to challenge colleagues at management level. You enjoy delving into strategic as well as operational tasks, and it comes natural to you to have a strong presence in the business units you support.
