Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Help to develop and execute on integrated marketing campaigns (across various channels) within budgetary limits and in adherence to timelines.
  • Write and develop marketing pieces such as white papers, ebooks, infographics, brochures, fact sheets, etc. required to support demand generation programs. Keep up with marketing and technology updates to create relevant and insightful thought leadership content.
  • Prepare and issue press releases on company news and event announcements.
  • Set-up, manage and execute paid advertising campaigns. Track metrics, making recommendations to ensure highest level of ROI.
  • Manage and execute ongoing email communications, including multiple automated drip campaigns.
  • Manage all social media platforms with a focus on consistency and growth. Have a strong track record of proven social media growth and be able to build relationships with influencers to continue to grow the influencer base.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Skill Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in B2B marketing preferably in software.
  • A Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications and/or Business. 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage own workload while multi-tasking in order to meet deadlines.
  • Highly energetic team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including writing, editing and proofreading experience – articulate and creative.
  • Experience with marketing automation software, CRM platforms and Google Suite products (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Have experience managing paid spend campaigns.
  • Understand the importance of social media platforms within an integrated marketing communications plan.
